The Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing strategy, creative direction, and brand storytelling of the company. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in directing, filming, and producing content, capable of transforming concepts into high-impact visuals and campaigns. The Marketing Director will oversee a dynamic team across creatives, production, and social media, ensuring cohesive execution of all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy and brand direction.
  • Conceptualize, direct, and produce films, digital content, and brand stories that elevate brand presence.
  • Oversee all creative outputs, including video production, photography, graphic design, and social media content.
  • Manage and mentor a dynamic marketing team, ensuring alignment, productivity, and strong collaboration.
  • Develop end-to-end campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and implementation.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure messaging consistency and support business objectives.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all marketing deliverables and ensure timely execution.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new creative approaches, technologies, and content formats.
  • Represent the brand in creative discussions, partnerships, and agency collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in directing or shooting films, branded content, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to handle and inspire a dynamic, multi-skilled marketing team.
  • Deep understanding of content production processes—from pre-production to post-production.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and a strong creative eye.
  • Strategic thinker with solid decision-making and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Can start ASAP.
