What You Will Be Doing:

You'll provide financial and administrative support within our Finance Department, maintaining high standards of control across the Accounts Payable function dedicated solely to UK operations. This is a chance to develop your expertise as we expand shared-service capability across our global finance network.

Day To Day Expectations


• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes—from purchase order creation to vendor payment.


• Support the Head of Finance Operations with cash-flow monitoring across subsidiaries.


• Ensure timely, accurate processing of credit-card and employee expenses.


• Prepare monthly AP accruals and meet closing deadlines.


• Maintain accurate accounting records and regulatory compliance.


• Resolve vendor queries promptly.


• Contribute to improving financial systems and controls.

What You'll Bring


• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally supporting UK operations (BPO/SSC experience accepted).


• Strong knowledge of AP systems and processes.


• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, Oracle,
NetSuite, Xero or Concur
is a plus.


• Understanding of
UK VAT
.


• Exceptional written communication aligned with UK business standards.


• High accuracy, integrity, and self-motivation.


• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
