iGaming company seeks to employ a highly motivated and experienced TEAM LEADER based in Makati.

The company is looking for a result-driven Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of customer service support and payments staff. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership.

TEAM LEADER - JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of customer service support and payments staff.

· Responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership.

· Understand all of the organization's products, services, procedures, policies, and guidelines and communicate those to the team.

· Reviewing, mointoring and approving payments

· Provide direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible

· Provide detailed statistical feedback on performance KPI' S of team members to the management for staff evaluation

· Provide assistance and training to team members

· Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring

· To take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of any direct reports.

· To delegate tasks as and when appropriate to team members to ensure the effective and efficient running of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5years' experience in iGaming Customer Service and payments

Must have strong leadership skills

Proven work experience as a Team Leader

I.T background/knowledge and advantage

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
