Position: Research and Development Manager- QC

Company Industry: Distributor

Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Regular Schedule (Monday - Saturday)

Salary: Php 150,000 gross

Work set up: Full work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • 5–7 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the chemical manufacturing sector
  • In-depth understanding of production workflows, quality assurance, and plant maintenance
  • Hands-on experience with chemical manufacturing operations
  • Skilled in project management and driving process improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical operations to enhance production efficiency and implement process upgrades
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all operations
  • Supervise plant maintenance activities and manage technical support teams
  • Design and execute cost-effective production strategies
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to support product innovation and development
