QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With at least 6 months or 1 year working experience as QA/QC Engineerworking in a Construction, Engineering, and other related industry.
  • Knowledge in estimates and quality assurance and control for both structural and architectural works
  • Licensed is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient with estimates, making cutting lists, and use of AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and codes
  • Preferably with a motorcycle
  • Willing to travel across project sites
  • You will be assigned within Metro Manila or nearby provinces

JOB DESCIRPTION:

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify any quality or safety issues
  • Ensure quality standards for all construction activities related to civil, architectural, and structural works.
  • Maintain updated quality records, test results, and as-built documentation.
  • Manage QA/QC documents, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site observations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control tests on construction materials and processes
  • Reviews the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
