Das Erwartet Sie In Ihrer Neuen Rolle

  • Controlling and monitoring the construction process of the specialist foundation project according to quality requirements and internal quality standards
  • Perform daily inspections on site, test the quality of specialist foundation construction works required in the contract specifications
  • Identification and documentation of quality problems and corresponding solutions, monitoring the effectiveness of improvement measures and reporting to the project management
  • Documentation of all quality related activities, risk assessment, internal and external audits, observation reports and optimization of quality procedures for the specialist foundation project
  • Compliance with the required health, safety and quality standards according to BAUER guidelines

Damit Überzeugen Sie Uns

  • Academic degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar studies
  • First professional experience as site engineer or similar position, experience in the field of special foundation a preferred
  • Relevant experience in QA/QC functions within construction projects
  • Willingness to work across Mega Manila and other project locations in the Philippines (e.g., Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both oral and written
