1. Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead the development of new products, formulations, or processes based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Improve existing products in terms of quality, performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, prototype testing, and pilot runs prior to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align R&D initiatives with market opportunities.

2. Project & Team Management

  • Plan, organize, and manage all R&D projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Supervise and mentor R&D staff, fostering skill development and innovation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Procurement, Marketing) to ensure successful product launches.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to management.

3. Quality, Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all R&D activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP).
  • Maintain comprehensive records of formulations, experiments, and technical data.
  • Support quality improvement programs and resolve product-related technical issues.

4. Research & Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on industry trends, raw materials, technologies, and competitive products.
  • Establish partnerships with suppliers, universities, and research institutions to enhance innovation capability.
  • Identify and evaluate new raw materials, technologies, or methods for potential application.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
