We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key client projects. This role requires a strong grasp of project financials, timelines, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on maintaining profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and complex project lifecycles within fast-paced, creative, or production-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain efficient profit and loss oversight, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and with healthy profit margins.
  • Track and manage project costs, making real-time adjustments to meet financial goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring alignment at every stage.
  • Monitor team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and identify areas for improvement or support.
  • Evaluate project outcomes against objectives and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Provide consistent status updates to internal leadership and clients on project timelines, challenges, and milestones.
  • Manage contracts with third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring delivery quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present detailed status and performance reports based on previous executions, identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and reliable communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
