Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of various projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure that all project objectives are met within the agreed upon budget and schedule. You will manage risks and issues, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and any changes. You may also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external resources as needed.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Assist in overseeing and monitoring assigned IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings and assist with coordination between teams.
  • Help track procurement activities and delivery schedules.
  • Provide support in conducting regular project meetings and preparing project status reports.
  • Assist in identifying risks, issues, and changes, and escalate them to the project lead when necessary.
  • Help maintain and update project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in project closure activities, including documentation and turnover to clients or internal teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as directed by the project manager.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Project Management Head or senior managers.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Industry certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or CaPM, Prince 2, ITIL, or Six Sigma
  • With experience in IT industry and handling communication products
  • Proficient in office productivity tools, such as MS Office
  • Experience managing projects within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Familiarity with project management principles and best practices
  • With experience working with clients and vendors to secure resources and materials for projects
