Job Summary

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to help define project goals, track progress, and ensure that tasks are completed on time. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, client coordination, and vendor communication, while developing skills in managing risks, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Assist in overseeing and monitoring assigned IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers.

  • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and documentation.

  • Participate in project kick-off meetings and assist with coordination between teams.

  • Help track procurement activities and delivery schedules.

  • Provide support in conducting regular project meetings and preparing project status reports.

  • Assist in identifying risks, issues, and changes, and escalate them to the project lead when necessary.

  • Help maintain and update project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assist in project closure activities, including documentation and turnover to clients or internal teams.

  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as directed by the project manager.

  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Project Management Head or senior managers.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

  • Open to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with office productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Knowledge of IT and communication products is a plus but not required.

  • ndustry certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, ITIL, Six Sigma) are a plus but not mandatory.
