Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing potential risks in various environments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and recommending improvements to minimize risk exposure. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of industry standards and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of facilities, equipment, and operations to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Evaluate compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Document findings clearly and prepare detailed risk assessment reports.
  • Collaborate with management and operational teams to recommend risk mitigation strategies and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitor ongoing risk control measures and update risk management plans as necessary.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and best practices in risk management and safety.
  • Participate in audits and investigations related to incidents, accidents, or safety breaches.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on risk awareness and safety protocols.
  • Use risk assessment tools and software to analyze data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineer, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 years experienced in risk inspection, safety auditing, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, observational, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
