QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MAKATI

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Reviews construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Scrutinizes maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Liaises with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepares reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Advises managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
  • Tracks materials and ordering more when required.
  • Documents any changes in design and updating budgets.
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
  • Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Sound knowledge in construction.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
  • Great networking abilities
  • Travel from office to various sites as required
