About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor at Concerted Management Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects. Working in a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual management of projects, ensuring they remain on budget and time.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Monitoring project expenditure and identifying potential cost savings
  • Negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Providing regular financial reports to project managers and stakeholders
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting the procurement of materials and services
  • Collaborating with the wider project team to optimise project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • 8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of relevant quantity surveying software and tools
