About the Role

Radix HR is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management and contract administration for large-scale construction projects. This role takes charge of financial planning, provides strategic cost advice, and ensures the project team delivers within budget while upholding quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
  • Manage cost planning, monitoring, and reporting throughout all project stages.
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Supervise and mentor junior quantity surveyors and project cost staff.
  • Oversee progress billing, valuations, and final account settlements.
  • Provide expert advice on value engineering, risk management, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders on high-value projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • At least 6–8 years of solid QS or cost control experience, with exposure to large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and complex cost management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing junior QS teams.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, cost estimation, and project management software.
  • Licensed Engineer or RICS certification is a strong advantage.

License/Certification:
