Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or contracts management within construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong background in pre- and post-contract administration, including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
  • Solid track record in large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial facilities.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in cost control, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and current market pricing.
  • Skilled in contract law, claims management, and risk assessment.
  • Expertise in estimating software and tools (e.g., CostX, Candy, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
