Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient HR Officer who can manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll and timekeeping. The HR Officer must be able to independently handle day-to-day HR tasks, ensure accurate payroll processing, and support employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Timekeeping (Primary)

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing independently.
  • Manage timekeeping, validate attendance, leaves, overtime, adjustments, and schedule changes.
  • Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with labor standards, statutory contributions, and company policies.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and evaluate applicants.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct employee orientations for new hires.

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and escalating cases when necessary.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Process and update government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Handle employee loans, reimbursements, and related documentation.
  • Maintain updated 201 files and confidential employee data.

5. HR Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, memos, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure adherence to Philippine Labor Laws and internal policies.
  • Support performance management activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
