JOB SUMMARY
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring the implementation of company policies, and supporting management in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The role aims to foster a positive work environment and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support HR staff in all areas of human resources functions.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Administer employee performance evaluations and monitor employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Manage employee relations, handle disciplinary actions, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee benefits and incentives.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required by management.
- Conduct orientations, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
