Role Overview

We're seeking a reliable and resourceful Virtual E-commerce Store Operations Manager to handle the day-to-day management of our online store. This role combines customer support, inventory oversight, and administrative precision to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and takes initiative in improving workflows through automation and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer messages through email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Oversee supplier coordination, shipping logistics, and real-time stock updates.
  • Maintain detailed inventory reports and analytics via Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with content creation using Canva (preferred).
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
  • Quickly learn new systems, tools, and operational workflows as the store scales.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience managing stores through Shopify (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel for data management.
  • Competence in using ChatGPT or AI tools for task optimization.
  • Excellent written English and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience managing order fulfillment and inventory coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with ShipStation or similar fulfillment platforms.
  • Creative proficiency in Canva for visual updates.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce operations.
