We are on the hunt for a talented E-commerce Sales & Marketing Manager to take charge of our online presence across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to make a real impact on our business. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our product supply across various marketplaces, as well as overseeing the development, upkeep, and promotion of our three company-owned websites.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow our relationships with existing and new e-commerce clients.
  • Lead the onboarding of new e-commerce partners and manage API integrations.
  • Keep our online product listings and inventory flawless across all platforms.
  • Supervise our Shopify accounts, social media channels, and digital ad campaigns (AdWords, SEO).
  • Create and maintain our brand catalogues, captivating product descriptions, and stunning imagery.

What you'll bring:

  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, including API integrations and website management.
  • High-level competency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for creative writing and an eye for detail.
  • A high degree of computer literacy.
  • experience in Email Marketing Platforms like Yotpo or Mailchimp
  • Knowledge on Shopify analytics, GA4 or similar
