About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and grow existing client accounts on the Amazon marketplace
  2. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  3. Optimise product listings and advertisements to drive sales and boost client visibility

  5. Collaborate with the wider e-Commerce team to implement best practices and share insights
  6. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in e-Commerce, preferably with a focus on Amazon
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  3. Proficient in the use of e-Commerce tools and platforms, including Amazon Seller Central
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise account performance
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices
  6. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
