About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the team at our thriving retail location in Iloilo City, Iloilo. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
  2. Motivate and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  3. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies
  4. Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high standards of store presentation, product availability, and customer service
  5. Collaborate with the regional management team to implement corporate policies and initiatives
  6. Monitor and maintain store profitability by controlling costs and maximising sales
  7. Identify and resolve any issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
  5. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving store performance
  6. Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
