Your Role as a Virtual Medical Assistant:

You'll be at the heart of supporting US-based healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth patient care and efficient clinic operations. From managing appointments to handling medical records, you'll be the go-to person for both patients and your assigned doctor.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in any Allied or Medical course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO, ideally within a healthcare account.
  • Confidence in your English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • The flexibility to thrive in a night-shift environment.

Extra Credit If You Have:

  • Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Being the voice of the clinic by managing patient communications.
  • Collecting and updating critical medical and insurance information.
  • Ensuring patient records are always accurate and secure.
  • Keeping the clinic's schedule running like clockwork.
  • Tackling administrative tasks like a pro, from transcription to file management.
