Store Head is responsible for the overall operation of a retail store, including managing staff, inventory, customer service, and finances to ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring products are displayed and available for customers.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming atmosphere to drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Setting and achieving sales goals, monitoring budgets, managing costs, and reviewing financial reports.
  • Operations: Overseeing daily store activities, implementing company policies, and ensuring the store meets security and organizational standards.
  • Marketing & Merchandising: Developing promotions, creating attractive product displays (visual merchandising), and implementing strategies to attract customers.

Qualification:

  • At least high school graduate or equivalent
  • Microsoft office competency (Word, Excel)
  • With pleasing personality
  • With background in retail sales or retail collectibles items is a bonus.

Compensation:

  • 695 per day + 100 daily store head allowance
