About Us:

We are a fast-growing international company engaged in cross-border e-commerce and overseas operations. We are expanding our team in the Philippines and seeking a professional Part-time HR Specialist to support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommand & collect CV and assist in local recruitment of full-time and remote employees independently.
  • Manage interview coordination, communication with candidates, and initial screening.
  • Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
  • Help manage attendance, payroll data collection, and local compliance matters.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with the China-based HR team to ensure smooth communication and alignment of HR policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (recruitment or generalist role preferred).
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and local employment practices.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; understanding of Chinese is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
