About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Supervisor to lead and oversee our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of HR functions and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide HR staff in day-to-day operations.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.

Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Manage employee records, HRIS, and documentation.

Handle payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of timekeeping.

Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Prepare and analyze HR reports for management.

- Support management in policy updates, benefits administration, and performance management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
    Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

    Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

    Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
