Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong background in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE requirements).
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and coach managers on employee management.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports (turnover, recruitment, attendance, etc.).
  • Guide and mentor HR staff to ensure efficiency and professional growth.
  • Act as liaison between management and employees to foster a healthy work environment.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.
