As our Store In-Charge, you'll be the driving force behind our retail success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead by example, fostering a positive and energetic environment for our customers and team members

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff (Sales Associate, Cashier, and Stockman) to ensure efficient operation

· Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service

· Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand

· Train and mentor store staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and merchandise arrangement.

· Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain compliance and security.

· Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to reconcile physical counts with system records.

· Prepare and submit reports on store performance, sales trends, and inventory management

What We're Looking for:

· Candidates at least Vocational Diploma, Senior High School Graduate or College level. A degree in any field

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

· Client-oriented, customer focused, and sales driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php19,500.00 per month
