Inventory Audit

  1. In charge of doing store reconciliation between CEGID and S4
  2. Collaborates with Inventory Audit team, sales and retail operations and Finance
  3. Do stock adjustment for valid transactions
  4. Monitor idoc errors and provide weekly report with resolution, responsible and timelines
  5. Work with Inventory Audit team during store count and ensure timely updating and posting

Importation

  1. Monitor shipment from the time D&T computation was approved by Importation Executive
  2. Coordination with the broker
  3. Coordination with the warehouse
  4. Update Importation Executive to build the weekly GIT report

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related fields (Industrial Engineer graduate preferred)
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong MS Excel experience
  • Inventory management, physical count and importation experience
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and SAP
