Infinity Strategic Management Solutions Inc.

is currently hiring an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. The OIC will ensure that store activities run smoothly, supervise staff, monitor performance, and maintain compliance with company standards and objectives.

Job Description

  • Coordinates Promodisers on Schedule of Duties, Sales Reporting, Merchandise, Compliance of Required Documents.
  • Conducts monthly sales reviews and evaluation of performance of Promodisers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or its equivalent
  • With strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
  • Must be Computer Literate and technology savvy with knowledge on all MS Office applications.
  • With good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent calendaring, organizing, delegating, and coordinating skills
  • At least 1yr experience in OIC position
