Alongside our booming direct-to-consumer business, we are expanding into wholesale partnerships, with products now featured in retail stores. With Paid Media fueling our growth, we are expanding our Creative/Paid Media team to bring bold, innovative, and high-performing creative to our campaigns.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Creative Video Designer (Global Contractor) with a strong focus on video editing and motion design for performance marketing. This role is ideal for a video-first creative who understands how to design direct response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms, as well as organic social. You will collaborate with our performance marketing team to deliver high-impact videos that drive conversions, build engagement, and elevate our creative strategy.

This is a contract role, not an employment position. Engagement terms, hours, and deliverables will be defined in your contractor agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for Paid Media campaigns.
  • Edit UGC-style videos, product showcases, and testimonial content for direct response performance marketing.
  • Design motion graphics, transitions, and animations to make content dynamic and engaging.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to test and iterate video creatives based on performance data.
  • Apply AI tools (e.g., Motion AI, Runway, Make UGC) to innovate and streamline the video creative process.
  • Use CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools to edit video at a professional level.
  • Stay ahead of trends in short-form video, social media, and paid ad creative best practices.
  • Support occasional static/graphic design needs if needed to complement video campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor / Creative Video Designer for performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong portfolio of paid social video ads (Meta, TikTok, or similar).
  • Expertise in short-form editing and direct response storytelling for paid ads.
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics tools.
  • Experience with AI creative tools for video production/editing.
  • Understanding of platform-native trends (TikTok hooks, Instagram Reels pacing, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ability to work independently as a remote contractor, managing deadlines and deliverables effectively.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brand content.
  • Experience in both video and static design, offering hybrid creative support.
