Position Overview:We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Listing Specialist to help us create and manage product listings, PDPs (Product Detail Pages), and kits on our Shopify stores. This role is essential to our ability to move quickly in testing new products and ensuring teams like marketing, logistics, and operations have accurate and timely product pages to work with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update product listings in Shopify
  • Work with Google Sheets, Google Drive to track and manage product data
  • Follow SOPs and training materials to ensure accuracy
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and direction from the team
  • Communicate with team members when support is needed or blockers arise
  • Assist in preparing listings ahead of product arrivals

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Shopify and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely
  • Comfortable watching training videos and learning new systems
  • Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset—willing to ask for help and offer support

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with product launches or eCommerce operations
