Love in Faith is a fast-growing e-commerce company creating faith-based apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products that inspire and connect. Alongside our booming direct-to-consumer business, we are expanding into wholesale partnerships, with products now featured in retail stores. With Paid Media fueling our growth, we are expanding our Creative/Paid Media team to bring bold, innovative, and high-performing creative to our campaigns.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Global Creative Contractors with a strong focus on static image creation for performance marketing. This role is ideal for designers who thrive in direct response creative for e-commerce and have experience creating engaging ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), organic social, and paid campaigns. You will collaborate with our performance marketing team to deliver impactful, scroll-stopping visuals that drive conversions.

This is a contract role, not an employment position. Engagement terms, hours, and deliverables will be defined in your contractor agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing static image creatives for Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads, organic social, and other digital platforms).
  • Partner with the Paid Media and Performance Marketing teams to test, optimize, and iterate creative assets.
  • Develop visuals aligned with direct response marketing strategies and Love in Faith's brand voice.
  • Incorporate AI-forward tools (e.g., Motion AI, Make UGC, Midjourney, etc.) into the creative process.
  • Edit and enhance creatives with Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut.
  • Stay current with design trends, AI tools, and performance creative best practices.
  • Support organic social content creation with static graphics that reflect brand tone and customer engagement goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer / Performance Marketing Designer, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Portfolio showcasing static ad creatives for Meta Ads and other paid social campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of performance creative and direct response design principles.
  • Proficiency with design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut (or similar).
  • Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Motion AI, Make UGC, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and how to create scroll-stopping content.
  • Independent worker with the ability to manage projects and deliverables on time in a remote contractor capacity.

  • Background in faith-based or mission-driven branding.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or retail brands.
  • Knowledge of video/short-form content editing.
