What You Will Do:
Meeting Coordination
- In charge of managing the meeting twice a month for harlan+holden. This includes the following:
- Collating all reports or presentation decks that will be used in the meeting
- Prepares the agenda for the meeting subject for the approval of the President (could come from the previous meetings based on the status, reports regularly discussed or presented in the meeting and agenda that will come from the President)
- Prepares logistics for the meeting such as meals, presentation materials and venue in coordination with the Admin Assistant.
Store Coordination
- Prepares and releases memos to stores for info or implementation
- Prepares and updates policies and guidelines
Store Audit
- Prepares monthly schedule of store audit following store hours
- Checks compliance to store P&Gs like Dress code & grooming, In store decorum etc
- Observe store briefing and cascading of Minutes of OIC Meeting
- Checks if matters discussed during OIC meeting are properly observed.
- Prepares evaluation reports and present to the President
