Salary Range: P30,000 – P35,000 per month

Job Overview

The Performance Meta and Optimization Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta and other performance channels. This role leverages data-driven insights, creative strategy, and product optimization to enhance user engagement, improve conversion rates, and support the company's overall marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Focuses on measurable results such as conversions, CTR, and ROI
  • Implement strategies including Meta Ads, CPAS, retargeting, and influencer marketing.
  • Utilize analytics and performance insights to continuously improve campaign results.

Creatives for Wireframes

  • Develop visuals that align with early-stage wireframes to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Ensure clarity in user flow, messaging, and key value propositions.
  • Create simple, clean designs that clearly illustrate user journeys and enhance usability.

Product / Listing Optimization

  • Optimize product listings based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, and visuals to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Use heatmaps, analytics, and user testing to identify user pain points and optimize experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, Meta Ads, or e-commerce optimization.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and related digital marketing and creative tools.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
