Overview

We're looking for an aspiring
Digital Media Performance Specialist
, to help us with planning and implementing innovative Social and Paid Advertising campaigns to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Creating & optimizing social and paid campaigns across the digital landscape Facebook AdWords (Search, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization
  • Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
  • Collaborating with the content team & providing data insights
  • Ad copywriting, testing and campaign optimization
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
  • Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter

Employment Standards

  • Deep knowledge on growth marketing across all platforms, performance, social, and web/app.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Data driven strategy/tactics making.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools ie, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Tableau
  • Project management
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in social and performance marketing.
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio and/or other tracking software.
  • Hands-on experience on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.
  • Programmatic advertising experience.
  • College Graduate of Maketing or related course
