Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to support the strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns. Based in Manila, this role collaborates closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to deliver high-impact, data-informed campaigns that drive recruitment, referral, and brand awareness goals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analytics — optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and website performance, while contributing to audience segmentation, landing page strategy, and campaign tracking. It offers a strong growth path toward digital marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Assist with keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, and A/B experiments.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports using Google Analytics, Jobvite, and related platforms.
  • Conduct SEO audits and support content optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Website Developer and Digital Marketing team to improve UX, page performance, and conversion paths.
  • Work with the Social Media and Community Manager to ensure campaign alignment and optimize paid social performance.
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, list segmentation, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Manage campaign tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager and other tools.
  • Translate performance data into tactical insights and actionable recommendations, contributing to campaign planning and creative briefs.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation tools, and applicant tracking systems (Jobvite experience is a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience in recruitment marketing or nonprofit campaigns.
  • Bonus: Background in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign tagging.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
