We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and web channels. The role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and conversions through data-driven strategies and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for campaign enhancement.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics using Google Analytics and related tools.
  • Perform SEO audits and support content and landing page optimization.
  • Assist in developing and managing automated email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate tagging and tracking via Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and web teams to improve user experience and conversions.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, marketing automation, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
  • Open to work in a NIGHT SHIFT schedule (in-office to start; hybrid after onboarding).
  • Bonus: Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or community service sectors.
  • Bonus: Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
