We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate with a proven background in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in the company's success by developing new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Present company solutions effectively to stakeholders via video calls, email, and other communication channels
  • Execute lead generation and email marketing campaigns
  • Drive client acquisition strategies and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and expectations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within healthcare or a related field
  • Skilled in making inbound/outbound sales calls and handling client communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability
  • Ability to build trust and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Proficient in lead generation, email marketing, and client acquisition strategies
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Willing to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
  • Must be able to start immediately
