DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Real Estate Mortgage product and services.
  • Qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Loan Officer.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about Real Estate Mortgage.
  • Maintain and detailed records of Calls, leads, and Follow-ups using Excel Monitoring.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information in a professional manner.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client outreach.
  • Build Rapport with clients and maintain a professional communication style.
  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create engaging digital content to promote REM and build brand awareness.
  • Manage company website and social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align online campaigns with business goals.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
  • Training or certification in sales, customer service, or digital marketing is desirable.
  • 1 years of experience in Web Marketing, telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Also Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients over the phone. With Time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other web analytics/advertising tools.
  • Flexible work schedule when necessary (e.g., during property launches, online campaigns, or urgent marketing needs).
