About the role

As a Data Mining/Lead Generation Specialist at Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and market expansion. In this full-time position based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to identify and nurture new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to uncover emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential market gaps
  2. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the company's customer base
  3. Utilize advanced data mining techniques to identify and profile high-value prospects
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads, ensuring a smooth handoff to the closing process
  5. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to continuously refine and optimise the lead generation process
  6. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in data mining and lead generation
  7. Contribute to the development of the company's marketing and sales strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data mining, lead generation, or market research
  3. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualisation software
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Familiarity with the latest digital marketing and lead generation best practices
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
