Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Executive / Manager / Analyst
Location: Makati, Onsite (US HOURS)
Experience: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time – Nezda Global
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers across global markets .
- Use LinkedIn , email marketing , CRM tools , web research , and other outbound techniques to generate high-quality leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their outsourcing/offshoring needs
- Maintain and update lead databases , ensuring accurate tracking in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
- Set up introductory calls, demos, and meetings for the business development team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential client segments, and competitors.
- Monitor & provide reports with insights and recommendations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation within the offshoring, outsourcing industry .
- Strong understanding of outbound lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator , email campaigns , automation tools ).
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce , etc.
- Ability to build prospect lists, write effective outreach messages, and track engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
