Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Executive / Manager / Analyst

Location: Makati, Onsite (US HOURS)

Experience: 2+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time – Nezda Global

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers across global markets .
  • Use LinkedIn , email marketing , CRM tools , web research , and other outbound techniques to generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their outsourcing/offshoring needs
  • Maintain and update lead databases , ensuring accurate tracking in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
  • Set up introductory calls, demos, and meetings for the business development team.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential client segments, and competitors.
  • Monitor & provide reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation within the offshoring, outsourcing industry .
  • Strong understanding of outbound lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator , email campaigns , automation tools ).
  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce , etc.
  • Ability to build prospect lists, write effective outreach messages, and track engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
