Job Summary
The Marketing Automation & Paid Search Specialist will serve as the primary team member for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing automation and paid search initiatives. Working closely with the executive team, this role will be responsible for setting up, mapping, and automating drip campaigns, managing Google Ads campaigns, and leveraging HubSpot to drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing automation, hands-on experience with HubSpot, and the ability to take ownership of initiatives from strategy to execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns and nurture sequences, within HubSpot.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Segment contact lists and tailor campaigns based on geographic and demographic factors.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align campaign strategies with business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update marketing automation workflows to ensure ongoing optimization.
- Stay current with industry best practices in marketing automation, paid search, and lead nurturing.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for campaign enhancements to maximize ROI.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience with HubSpot marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work U.S. hours, with flexibility once independently working in the role dependent on client preferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in segmentation and targeting for multi-geo/demographic campaigns.
- Knowledge of additional marketing platforms or analytics tools.
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
