Specific Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams; capture, prioritize, and implement requirements in marketing automation platforms; manage request queue documents.
• Campaign management: Design and implement advanced, multi-channel campaigns using templates; ensure governance and brand adherence; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-channel concepts.
• Training & Mentorship: Train stakeholders on tools and processes; mentor Level 1 Specialists.
• Webinar & Survey management: Co-manage configuration of webinars and surveys; train marketers to run cross-channel promotions.
• Tool Integration management: Support tool integrations; ensure industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance & SLA: QA campaigns; ensure compliance with processes and brand guidelines; adhere to SLA (responses within 24 hours and on-time completion).
• Proactive & cross-functional collaboration: Support team objectives and improve processes.
• Trend awareness and process improvement: Stay updated on trends and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented.
• Experience in web publishing and related tech (HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop) is advantageous.
• HTML/CSS experience: 1-2 years mandatory.
• Stakeholder management and IT background.
• Experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation.
• Good communication skills; fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge welcome.
