As we continue to scale, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director based in the Philippines to lead and unify our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency, strategic growth, and high-performing campaigns.
Role Summary
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across key digital touchpoints. This role will oversee and collaborate with functional teams handling Social Media, SEO, Email & SMS, Paid Ads, Affiliate & Creator Partnerships, and Content Production.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
● Provide strategic direction and oversight to the marketing team across all channels.
● Work cross-functionally with Product, eCommerce, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience.
Channel Ownership
● Social Media: Lead strategy and content planning for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
● SEO: Direct content and technical SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and web traffic.
● Email & SMS: Manage lifecycle marketing, including automation, segmentation, and campaign strategy.
● Paid Ads: Oversee paid media efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels.
● Affiliate & Creator Partnerships: Grow and manage influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing programs.
● Content Production: Oversee the creation and delivery of video, graphic, and written content tailored for each channel.
Performance & Optimization
● Monitor and report on key performance indicators (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, CTR, etc.).
● Use analytics and testing frameworks to optimize strategies and channel performance.
● Stay updated on marketing trends and competitor activity to maintain a leading edge.
Qualifications
● Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
● Proven track record in multi-channel digital marketing within DTC/eCommerce.
● Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify, and
marketing automation tools.
● Deep understanding of the customer journey, performance marketing, and content
strategy.
● Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote setup with U.S. time
zone overlap.
Contract Terms
● Remote work based in the Philippines
● Full-time independent contractor
