Job Title: MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 9am - 5pm Queensland time

Overview

  • CRM platforms : GoHighLevel, HubSpot (hands-on).
  • Experience with funnel builds, lead scoring, nurture sequences, and reporting .
  • Multi-tasking ability : Manage campaigns, optimise ads, create briefs, and support Ben’s learning where required.
  • KPI and performance-focused with scope for bonus structures .

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimise the paid book funnel end-to-end (landing page, checkout, OTO, thank-you pages, tracking).
  • Implement one-time offer workflow post purchase (Free 90-Day Growth Plan booking flow).
  • Manage lifecycle marketing across email/SMS, nurture sequences, podcast integration, and member storytelling.
  • Execute paid media (Facebook, YouTube, Google Performance Max, LinkedIn).
  • Manage creative tests, audiences, budgets, scaling.
  • Set up and maintain lead scoring for high-intent site visitors and buyers.
  • Configure/manage GoHighLevel sequences, pipelines, call logging for 5 sales reps across AU, US, CA, NZ.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards with KPIs and insights.
  • Run A/B tests, CRO experiments, landing page and ad optimisation cycles.
  • Produce creative briefs for ad videos/copy; repurpose podcasts/events into ad assets.
  • Train and create simple SOPs for implemented processes.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 4+ years in direct response digital marketing (funnels, low-ticket to high-ticket ascension).
  • Proven GoHighLevel or CRM/funnel automation experience.
  • Strong CRO and analytics background (GA4, UTMs, attribution).
  • Lifecycle marketing expertise (email, SMS).
  • Confident communicator, able to brief sales/creative teams.
  • Experience with book funnels or info-product funnels.
  • Video ad creative experience (briefs, short-form edits).

Work From Home Requirements:

  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least Core i5 or higher).
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least Core i5 or higher).
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
  • Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
  • Must not be currently employed full-time elsewhere.
