Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operations:
- Provide daily administrative support to management and catering teams
- Manage schedules, calendars, and event bookings
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate general office operations
Client Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with preparing event proposals, contracts, and confirmations
- Track client preferences, maintain CRM databases, and support event coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the planning process
Accounting Support:
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Reconcile vendor invoices and prepare expense reports
- Update financial records and support the accounting team as needed
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, including paperwork and orientation scheduling
- Maintain employee files and update HR documentation
- Help coordinate staff schedules and support internal communications
