Key Responsibilities:
• Manages end-to-end onboarding process.
• Addresses employee relations issues and promote workplace harmony.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administers employee benefits and resolve related inquiries
• Supports performance management and employee development initiatives
• Prepares and analyzes HR reports and recommends possible solutions.
• Maintains accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course
- Required skill(s): organizational, coordination with different departments, customer service And relationship management, MS Applications, keen with details, follow through, multi-tasking, clerical
- At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Especially in Recruitment.
- Can deal with any levels in the organization.
