- Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Record Management: Maintaining and updating both physical and digital employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- HR Communications: Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, distributing information, and drafting HR-related communications.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assisting with payroll processing, benefit enrollment, and managing employee leave requests.
- HR Projects: Supporting HR initiatives, coordinating meetings, and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- General Administrative Tasks: Performing tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Compiling and submitting reports on HR activity.
- Other HR-related tasks: As assigned by the HR manager or supervisor. d Affidavit for Incoming guest
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
