HR REPRESENTATIVE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Solely responsible in end to end process under Human Resources department
· Establish new policies and creating documents to be incorporated in the practice of company
· Integrating new benefits and programs to retain employees
· Creating job descriptions and advertisements, sourcing of applicants for all positions, on boarding new employees, prepares and distributes necessary documents (contracts, requirements, etc.)
· Maintaining data base for all necessary information of employees
· Processing of cash advances and pledges of employees
· In-charge of processing SSS and PagIbig loans and reports to government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig) for employee reports and employees claims
· Prepare monthly billing of employee's government mandatory contributions and loans online
· Computation of payroll semi- monthly and 13th month, processing of ATM cards and monitoring of service incentive leave for production department
· Main organizer and host of company events (Employees of the month, teambuilding, Christmas party, etc.)
· Prepares and distributes memorandum, certificates, incident reports, request and complaint letter, etc.
· Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
