The Direct Retail Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing retail talent across assigned stores and territories. This role oversees day-to-day retail operations — including inventory management, order alignment, logistics coordination, and compliance with company standards — while ensuring consistent program execution and achievement of sales targets.

The Area Sales Manager provides leadership through regular store visits, identifies business opportunities, resolves operational and consumer issues, and implements strategies to achieve territory objectives. A key part of the role is training and developing Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Sales Experts to build strong, capable teams that deliver superior customer experience and uphold brand standards.

The position also requires effective conflict resolution and collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain smooth business operations and adherence to company policies and distribution agreements.
